To start a return, please email us at info@theknickknackshackshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorization.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. You may be asked to provide photos of the damage.
