At The Knick Knack Shack Shop, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required — whether you buy one item or ten, shipping is always on us.
We currently ship to all 50 United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We're working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve customers worldwide in the future.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the United States.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to your door.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@theknickknackshackshop.com.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items or a full refund.
